Cafe Theology & Encounter
Have you ever wanted to go just that little bit deeper in your knowledge? Have you ever wanted a place where you can learn just a little bit more and a space to explore some of the deeper issues in a relaxed, fun environment? Then Cafe Theology is the place for you
Each session is a stand-alone presentation – so you don’t have to commit to every evening – but they interlock together to build a bigger picture of the God we believe in.

Encounter is all about gathering together to seek God through worship and prayer. In the Bible, there are over a hundred commandments to ‘sing to the Lord’. As followers of Jesus, we are called to a life of worship and are told to sing as an outward response to what He has done.
Encounter is our chance to have extended times of sung worship and a place to pray together as a church. We usually spend about an hour worshipping God through singing, broken up with about half an hour to pray with each other.
Sunday 22 March – Encounter Living Room Sessions
There’s something captivating about getting a few mates together and gathering around a guitar in a warmly lit living room for an evening. On 22 March The Forge is transforming Debenham Community Centre into the worlds largest living room for an evening of Worship around the fire place. We’d love you to be a part of it…
