we are holding a
CHARITY SHOP
In Dove Cottage, next to St Mary’s Church, Debenham. We need your unwanted books, pictures, nearly new clothes, small furniture, bric-a-brac.

Cost – £120 per couple.
The weekend is especially designed to enable couples to indulge in time together, away from life’s distractions, enjoy cosy meals together, practical Bible-based teaching and an abundance of time for the two of you..

Opportunity to help families locally….

We need people in your area to become Home-Start volunteers.
Volunteers, usually parents themselves, support parents to help them cope with the stresses and strains of bringing up a family.
Would you like to use your experiences to support and encourage families? Could you support parents to give their children the best possible start in life? Parents face many barriers such as post natal depression, rural isolation or bereavement to name a few—could you befriend, support and help?
Join the Mid Suffolk scheme and you will:
ü Become part of a friendly team
ü Make a difference to families in the community
ü Meet new people and have fun
ü Attend a free course to prepare you for home-visiting
ü Receive full support and further training opportunities
ü Be able to volunteer at a time to suit you, usually 2-3 hours per week
ü You will need access to a car or transport for which mileage expenses will be paid.
