Applying for a Trip
To participate in any overseas trip with The Forge the below application form needs to be completed and returned to the trip leader by the deadline stated.
- It is important that all information given is correct. References will be taken up for all and a CRB check will be carried out on all applicants over the age of 16.
- The application for a trip does not in any way guarantee your place. The team leader will confirm your place on the team within four weeks of the deadline date.
- You must be willing to meet with the trip leader and a member of the mission team if required.
