We would really like to be able to keep in touch with you to invite you to specific events, to ask how you are in times of trouble, to ask for your help or to thank you for it. It would be helpful for us if you would print off a copy of the PDF form attached here and complete it, then return it to the office or hand it in at church on Sunday.
You can choose to have your contact details published in the Church Directory or not, as you prefer. (Only people over the age of 18 are included.)
