Every relationship and every environment has a climate – sunny, stormy or icy. Problem is, many of us are unaware of the emotional climates we carry around with us.

The truth for all of us is that there is at least one relational environment that could use a climate change right now. This is more important than you might imagine because until the climate changes… the forecast will remain the same.
